Ricky Marco,
Managing Director & Construction Manager
Ricky Marco is the Managing Director and Construction Manager, bringing over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a qualified Licensed Builder and highly experienced Project Manager, holding dual diplomas in Building & Construction and Project Management, along with multiple building and business qualifications.
Ricky is passionate about leading and growing the team to achieve the company’s objectives. He is committed to connecting with clients from the very beginning of their building journey, delivering luxurious custom-built homes across the Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, and Port Macquarie regions.
Outside of work, Ricky enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, watching sport, and investing in personal development. He is also a dedicated supporter of the Cronulla Sharks in the NRL.
Sean Hillman,
Project Manager
Sean Hillman is the Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry delivering custom residential & multi-res projects from concept through to completion. Sean is a qualified Licensed Builder and holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, along with multiple building and business qualifications.
Sean is passionate about driving programme outcomes, maintaining quality, and delivering well-coordinated projects for our clients from start to finish. He takes pride in compliance, quality and keeping projects moving efficiently and on budget.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, camping and heading to the beach, and is a keen supporter of the Newcastle Knights.
Mitchell Corrigan,
Project Supervisor
Mitchell Corrigan is the Project Supervisor with over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. Mitch is a qualified Carpenter and is currently studying his Certificate IV in Building & Construction.
Mitch is passionate about bringing clients’ homes to life at the highest possible standard, transforming their vision into something truly exceptional.
Mitch collaborates closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure on-site compliance, safety, quality, and schedule coordination are consistently maintained. He is committed to clear and transparent communication, helping to keep projects aligned and objectives successfully achieved.
Outside of work, Mitch enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He loves camping, fishing, travelling, and watching sport, and makes the most of any opportunity to be outdoors with his family. He is also a keen supporter of the Wests Tigers.
Muhammad Naseer
Project Estimator
Muhammad Naseer is the Project Estimator with over 14 years’ experience in the construction industry. Muhammad is a qualified Civil Engineer and holds a Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering.
Muhammad specializes in construction estimating, bringing accuracy, insight, and a practical, detail-focused approach to every project. He possesses strong technical knowledge along with a solid understanding of the critical aspects of construction, delivering reliable and well-informed cost estimates.
Muhammad works closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure budgets are realistic and projects are set up for success from the outset. He is passionate about achieving the right balance between cost efficiency without compromising quality. He takes pride in providing clear, transparent cost assessments that support confident decision-making.
Outside of work, Muhammad enjoys spending time with his two children and wife, especially supporting his children’s studies and their personal growth. He also loves exploring Australia’s amazing landscapes and values building strong professional relationships, maintaining a healthy balance between work and life.
