Designed by M. McLeod Design, this custom home balances open, luxurious living with the kind of individual spaces a growing family actually needs day to day. Clean lines, generous proportions, and a considered layout that makes the home feel both spacious and personal. Delivered on programme at 12 months — one of the earlier projects in the SBS portfolio, and still a strong example of what thoughtful design and precise execution produces.
